The 2020+ Stingray is equipped with a 6.2L LT2 naturally aspirated V8 engine, producing up to 495 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque with the available performance exhaust. The Z06 is equipped with a 5.5L LT6 naturally aspirated V8 engine. The top ZR1X model boasts a 5.5L LT7 twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with a front-mounted electric drive unit, delivering a combined output of 1,250 hp. The Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, ZR1X, Grand Sport, and Grand Sport X share the same widebody dimensions, but their powertrains and brake options differ. The Z06 comes standard with iron rotors, with optional carbon-ceramic brakes available with the Z07 package. The ZR1 comes standard with J58 carbon-ceramic brakes, featuring 15.7-inch front rotors with 6-piston calipers and 15.4-inch rear rotors with 4-piston calipers. The ZTK package on the 2026-and-later ZR1 and standard on the ZR1X, feature J59 Alcon 10-piston front calipers and 6-piston rear calipers with 16.5-inch carbon cermaic rotors at both ends. The ZR1 and ZR1X also use different front and rear bolt patterns: 5×120 mm at the front and 5×130 mm at the rear. This means aftermarket rear wheels designed for the Z06 will not directly fit on a ZR1 or ZR1X. We engineer our wheels with the correct center bore, bolt pattern and brake clearance, including clearance for the J59 brakes, so Forgelite wheels are a direct bolt-on fit with no modifications, spacers or adapters needed. The Grand Sport offers standard iron rotors and optional carbon-ceramic brakes, while the Grand Sport X comes standard with carbon-ceramic brakes. It is crucial to have your wheels properly engineered and manufactured for your specific Corvette model.
For Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, ZR1X, Grand Sport and Grand Sport X models equipped with factory carbon-fiber wheels, the wheel studs are approximately 1" longer than those on cars with factory aluminum wheels. We can build our wheels to accommodate these extended studs allowing use factory close ended lug nuts.
