Made for the racetrack. Wheel designs are load rated to 2100LBS/950KG per wheel for the toughest endurance races and last multiple seasons.

300,000 CYCLES

The TRK series undergoes 300,000 FEA tested cornering fatigue cycles. F1 tracks have an average of 17 turns. Our wheels can withstand 17,500+ laps even in the extreme scenarios of pulling 2.0G lateral G force every corner. It exceeds the TÜV Rheinland standard of 200,000 cycles by 50%.

UNPAINTED KNURLED BEADS

Unpainted knurled tire beads are standard on all TRK series wheels to reduce tire slippage under hard acceleration and braking to transfer more power to the ground. (Not available for Made in USA MFG option)

EXTRA REINFORCEMENT

Specially reinforced front and rear lip design for extra strength to attack curbs and prevent wheels from deforming.

BIG BRAKE CLERANCE

Each wheel is individually engineered to clear your car's brakes including OEM carbon ceramic brakes or aftermarket brake kit upgrades.

Signature USA BUILD

When you select the Siagnture USA Build program, your wheels are custom manufactured in Southern California using US-sourced aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum forgings and components. Each set combines Forgelite’s vehicle-specific engineering with low-volume American manufacturing, premium finishing, elevated level of craftsmanship, and a premium build experience.

MANUFACTURING

BESPOKE FITMENT

Every Forgelite wheel is CNC-machined to the exact specifications of your vehicle, including diameter, width, PCD, center bore, offset and brake clearance. Our designs are available in sizes from 18" to 24", with widths ranging from 8" to 13"+ depending on the application. Our engineering team determines the appropriate wheel dimensions, offsets and tire specifications to achieve the intended fitment, stance and performance. With each set built specifically for the vehicle, fitment is engineered into the wheel from the beginning

CUSTOM FINISHES

We offer over 40 curated powdercoat finishes including solid tone finishes, transparent candy finishes, hand brushed finishes, and high-luster polished finishes to suit your personal style. Custom finishes are also available upon request.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND STRONG

Forged aluminum construction allows Forgelite wheels to reduce unsprung mass by up to 35% compared with some factory-equipped wheels, with our lightest 20" designs starting at just 19 lbs. Reducing unsprung weight can improve acceleration, steering response, handling and braking performance, helping the vehicle feel more responsive in both street and performance driving. Every Forgelite wheel is also validated through FEA to meet or exceed applicable TÜV Rheinland, SAE and JWL safety standards, ensuring strength and structural integrity are engineered alongside weight reduction.

CRAFTED WITH PRECISION

Wheel Runout Value is a critical indication of a wheel's manufacturing quality. While most manufacturers claim to build high quality wheels without any quantitative data to back it, we provide you with proof. We check and control our runout tolerance on every wheel to under 0.50mm/0.02", much stricter than the industry standard of 0.76mm/0.03". We regularly achieve both inner and outer runout of 0.30mm/0.01" or lower. A low runout ensures no wheel vibration at high-speeds. We print each wheel runout value on the QC certificate affixed on each wheel.

Our wheels are exclusively crafted to your specifications. This includes custom wheel size, width, PCD, center bore, offset, and over 40 hand finishes ensuring a precise fitment and color that aligns with your vision. Furthermore, our dedicated team of wheel experts stands ready to provide you with expert consultation, guiding you seamlessly through the entire process.

CENTER CAP ACCENT COLOR FILL

Introduce an accent hue to the center cap logos with our available colors or a custom color. Harmonizing them with your vehicle's brake calipers, paint or other accent colors for a cohesive color scheme.

HARDWARE OPTIONS

Customize the hardware option according to your preference. Modular wheels can be made with 50/50 exposed, fully exposed, or concealed hardware. Additionally, you can select between Stainless Steel or PVD Black hardware.

For extreme weight saving, we offer a titanium hardware upgrade capable of trimming ~1 pound (450 grams) from each wheel. Resulting in a remarkable weight savings of 4 pounds (1,800 grams) for a complete set of wheels.

LIP OPTIONS

ULTRA LIGHT-WEIGHT

Our Forged Magnesium Wheels are the lightest. They are up to 30% lighter than Forged 6061-T6 aluminium wheels. Lighter wheels result in less unsprung weight, which drastically improves the acceleration, handling, and braking performance of your vehicle.

While most magnesium wheels used in racing have basic design features, our engineering and design team have implemented motorsport technology with attention grabbing design features that is sure to draw attention at the racetrack or cars and coffee.

ENGINEERING

We commence engineering process and produce wheel renders which show wheel concavity and finishes. This takes 3-5 business days and a 50% deposit is due at this stage.

MANUFACTURING

Once a build confirmation sheet is signed. Manufacturing takes 4-7 weeks depending on the wheel order. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

DELIVERY

You will receive photos of the completed wheels before shipment. Shipping takes 1.5-2 weeks after the remaining balance is paid.

Will these wheels fit my car?

Every set is engineered specifically for your vehicle and built to your exact sizing, fitment and finish requirements. Our engineering team considers the vehicle make, model, year, brake package, and desired stance to determine the appropriate wheel dimensions, offsets and hub specifications before production begins. The result is a purpose-built, hub-centric fitment designed specifically for your application. If you are unsure about sizing or offsets, simply provide your vehicle details and desired fitment—we will engineer the specifications for you before your wheels are built.

How much do your wheels weigh?

Wheel weight depends on the wheel size, wheel design, application vehicle, load rating, and use scenario. Contact us for a wheel weight estimate. For most sports cars, a 20" wheel weighs around 20-25lbs.

Are they compatible with my TPMS sensors and factory hardware?

Yes. Our wheels are hub-centric and designed to work with your OEM TPMS sensors and lug hardware. If your build needs specific hardware, we'll advise the right option.

How long until I get the wheels?

Production timelines vary depending on the selected build program, seasonal demand, wheel design, finish selection, and the complexity of each build. For the most accurate lead-time estimate, contact our team and we’ll provide the latest production schedule for your configuration.

Do I see a design/rendering before you build?

Yes. Before production begins, we confirm the complete specification of your wheels for approval. You’ll receive a detailed build sheet outlining the final wheel dimensions, offsets, fitment specifications, finish selections and rendered visuals of your chosen configuration. Production only begins after the build sheet has been reviewed, approved and signed, ensuring every detail is clearly confirmed before your wheels are made.

Do you ship internationally and will I get charged for duties and taxes?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For customers in the United States and Canada, both Signature USA and Performance Builds are shipped without additional cross-border duties or import taxes. Applicable sales taxes may still apply to Canadian orders. For customers outside the United States and Canada, local import duties, taxes and other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination country.

How much do I pay to get started?
