The Porsche 992.1 represents the eighth generation of the legendary 911. Produced from 2019 to 2024, before the introduction of the updated 992.2, it combines unmistakable 911 heritage with modern engineering. Compared with the 991 generation, the 992.1 features a wider stance, an advanced chassis, and a flat-six engine that delivers exceptional performance while remaining suitable for everyday driving.
Widely regarded as one of the most refined and versatile generations of the 911, the 992.1 continues to set the benchmark for high-performance sports cars, offering an outstanding balance of precision, comfort, and timeless design.
The 992.1 has a 5x130 mm bolt pattern and a 71.6 mm centre bore. Unlike the 991.1 and 991.2 generations, the 992.1 shares the same basic body dimensions across the base Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4S, and GTS models. Although the Turbo and Turbo S are reported to have similar overall body dimensions, their suspension geometry differs slightly from that of the non-Turbo models. The 992.1 GT3 and GT3 RS use different chassis configurations and wheel sizes from the non-GT models.
The factory sizes vary between models and the factory options. The 992.1 generation adopted a staggered size setup from the factory running either 19"/20" or 20"/21" front and rear depending on the factory options. The GT3, GT3 RS, and S/T models optioned with the Weissach Package from Porsche have magnesium wheels. These magnesium wheels are lighter than the factory aluminum wheels but utilizes the same sizes and wheel offsets as the forged aluminum wheels.

The 20"/21" staggered sizes provide a great visual on all Carreras and are the most common sizes to run. Option #2 makes the wheels 0.5 inches wider in the front to stretch the tires for a better look, intended for owners that are looking to lower their 911s.
