The Porsche Macan S earned its stripes long before any owner ever decided to upgrade the wheels. Since launching in 2014, the Macan has grown into Porsche's best selling model of all time, outselling even the legendary 911. That alone says a lot about how this compact SUV built its name in the car world.
Here's a fun fact for you, the name Macan comes from the Indonesian word for tiger. Another one that surprises people, the Macan shares its platform with the first generation Audi Q5, though Porsche reworked so much of it that only a small fraction of parts actually carry over. What stayed the same is the driving feel. Sharp steering, a stiff chassis, and a quick shifting PDK transmission gave the Macan a reputation most SUVs never earn, it actually drives like a Porsche.
That same chassis is exactly why the Macan S has become such a favorite platform for custom wheels and offsets. The AWD layout, wide stance, and factory staggered fitment give owners plenty of room to push the look further without touching the way the car handles. Our in house engineer works out the custom offset for every build, and on the Macan S that usually means dialing the fitment in flush to the fender for a look that's tucked in perfectly, not just close. Add adjustable suspension and it goes from show stance to daily driver just as easily. It's a car built to be personalized, and the 2024 Macan S brings a 2.9 liter twin turbo V6 making 375 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque, enough muscle to back up whatever stance you're running.
For this build we mounted our Forgelite SV03 in a Monoblock construction, finished in Gloss Black. Up front we ran a 20x9 fitment, and out back a 20x10, both wrapped around a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.5 center bore and conical seat hardware. The result is a clean, factory plus look that fills the fenders without ever looking forced.
The SV03 was built for cars exactly like this one.
