PRECISION Machining

We control our Runout Tolerance to be under 0.50mm/0.02", much stricter than the industry standard of 0.76mm/0.03". We regularly achieve both inner and outer runout of 0.30mm/0.01" or lower. A low runout ensures no wheel vibration during high-speed driving. This number is a critical indication of a wheel's manufacturing quality.

THE PROCESS

CONSULTATION

Get our recommendations and select wheel designs, sizing, and finishes by contacting an authorized dealer or our team.

ENGINEERING

We commence engineering process and produce wheel renders which show wheel concavity and finishes. This takes 3-5 business days and a 50% deposit is due at this stage.

MANUFACTURING

Once a build confirmation sheet is signed. Manufacturing takes 4-7 weeks depending on the wheel order. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

DELIVERY

You will receive photos of the completed wheels before shipment. Shipping takes 1.5-2 weeks after the remaining balance is paid.
