Made for the racetrack. Wheel designs are load rated to 2100LBS/950KG per wheel for the toughest endurance races and last multiple seasons.

300,000 CYCLES

The TRK series undergoes 300,000 FEA tested cornering fatigue cycles. F1 tracks have an average of 17 turns. Our wheels can withstand 17,500+ laps even in the extreme scenarios of pulling 2.0G lateral G force every corner. It exceeds the TÜV Rheinland standard of 200,000 cycles by 50%.

UNPAINTED KNURLED BEADS

Unpainted knurled tire beads are standard on all TRK series wheels to reduce tire slippage under hard acceleration and braking to transfer more power to the ground. (Not available for Made in USA MFG option)

EXTRA REINFORCEMENT

Specially reinforced front and rear lip design for extra strength to attack curbs and prevent wheels from deforming.

BIG BRAKE CLERANCE

Each wheel is individually engineered to clear your car's brakes including OEM carbon ceramic brakes or aftermarket brake kit upgrades.

Your wheels will be custom made in our state-of-the-art facility in California, USA, with all USA-sourced parts, or at the overseas facility of your choice. Made in USA wheels come with our 4-piece modular caps as standard, with "MADE IN USA" engraving on both the caps and the wheels (available for text fills). Our Made in USA wheels also have a limited lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year finish warranty.

BESPOKE FITMENT

Our wheels are CNC machined to your individual wheel size, width, PCD, center bore, offset, and brake clearance. Wheel designs are available in sizes 18"-24", and in widths of 8"-13"+. Our team of experts ensures the perfect wheel size, width, and offset selection along with optimal tire selections. With our expertise in wheels and tires, finding your ideal fitment is not a question of “will it fit”, but a certainty of precision.

CUSTOM FINISHES

We offer over 90 curated powdercoat finishes including solid tone finishes, transparent candy finishes, hand brushed finishes, and high-luster polished finishes to suit your personal style. Custom finishes are also available upon request.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND STRONG

Not all forged wheels are made equal. While regular 6061-T6 alloys are tested at 280MPa, our wheels use aero-space grade forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tested at 320MPa ultimate strength, a 14% increase in strength. This makes our forged aluminum wheels up to 35% lighter than some factory equipped wheels. Our lightest wheel design in 20" starts at just 19lbs. Reduced unsprung wheel weight gives you faster acceleration better handling, and better braking performance. We FEA test all our wheels to meet or exceed TÜV Rheinland, SAE, and JWL safety standards.

CRAFTED WITH PRECISION

Wheel Runout Value is a critical indication of a wheel's manufacturing quality. While most manufacturers claim to build high quality wheels without any quantitative data to back it, we provide you with proof. We check and control our runout tolerance on every wheel to under 0.50mm/0.02", much stricter than the industry standard of 0.76mm/0.03". We regularly achieve both inner and outer runout of 0.30mm/0.01" or lower. A low runout ensures no wheel vibration at high-speeds. We print each wheel runout value on the QC certificate affixed on each wheel.

Our wheels are exclusively crafted to your specifications. This includes custom wheel size, width, PCD, center bore, offset, and over 40 hand finishes ensuring a precise fitment and color that aligns with your vision. HARDWARE OPTIONS

Customize the hardware option according to your preference. Modular wheels can be made with 50/50 exposed, fully exposed, or concealed hardware. Additionally, you can select between Stainless Steel or PVD Black hardware.

For extreme weight saving, we offer a titanium hardware upgrade capable of trimming ~1 pound (450 grams) from each wheel. Resulting in a remarkable weight savings of 4 pounds (1,800 grams) for a complete set of wheels.

ULTRA LIGHT-WEIGHT

Our Forged Magnesium Wheels are the lightest. They are up to 30% lighter than Forged 6061-T6 aluminium wheels. Lighter wheels result in less unsprung weight, which drastically improves the acceleration, handling, and braking performance of your vehicle.

ENGINEERING

We commence engineering process and produce wheel renders which show wheel concavity and finishes. This takes 3-5 business days and a 50% deposit is due at this stage.

MANUFACTURING

Once a build confirmation sheet is signed. Manufacturing takes 4-7 weeks depending on the wheel order. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

DELIVERY

You will receive photos of the completed wheels before shipment. Shipping takes 1.5-2 weeks after the remaining balance is paid.

Will these wheels fit my car?

Yes they will. Every set is engineered to your exact vehicle and built to your custom sizes and finish specifications. Once you order, our team builds the wheel around your make, model, year, brake setup, and desired fitment, so you get guaranteed fitment with proper hub-centric mounting. Not sure on sizing or offset? Send us your details and we'll spec it for you before anything is built.

How much do your wheels weigh?

Wheel weight depends on the wheel size, wheel design, application vehicle, load rating, and use scenario. Contact us for a wheel weight estimate. For most sports cars, a 20" wheel weighs around 20-25lbs.

Are they compatible with my TPMS sensors and factory hardware?

Yes. Our wheels are hub-centric and designed to work with your OEM TPMS sensors and lug hardware. If your build needs specific hardware, we'll advise the right option.

Made in USA or overseas - what's the difference?

Your choice. Our USA-made option comes with 4-piece center caps as standard and backed by a lifetime structural + 3-year finish warranty and "Made in USA" engraving on the wheels. Made-overseas option comes with sports caps as standard and backed by a lifetime structural + 1-year finish warranty. Both are held to the same quality standards and uses the same engineering files created by our team. Some wheel models are limited to one manufacturing option only such as forged Magnesium wheels are made-overseas only.

How long until I get the wheels?

Because each set is made to order to customer's specifications, plan on:
Made in USA: 3-5 business days for engineering process and build sheet approval, 8-16 weeks for manufacturing, and 3-5 days for shipping.
Made in PRC: 3-5 business days for engineering process and build sheet approval, 4-10 weeks for manufacturing, and 1.5-2 weeks for express air shipping or 3-4 weeks for economy ocean shipping.
We'll keep you updated at each stage of the build, and send photos for final confirmation before your wheels leave our facilities.

Do I see a design/rendering before you build?

Yes. We confirm your full specification with you before we start building your wheels. You will receive a build sheet for your approval and signature. The build sheet includes full wheel spec and renders of your wheels, so there will be no surprise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Shipping to contiguous US is a flat rate of $75 per box. Free shipping to Canada. Please contact us for a shipping quote to other countries in the world.

Will I get charged for duties and taxes?

▼

For customers in the US and Canada, there is NO cross-border duties and taxes for both Made-in-USA and Made-overseas options. There are applicable sales taxes to Canadian customers. If you are outside of US and Canada, you may need to pay your government imposed duties and taxes.

How much do I pay to get started?

Orders begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. Deposit is fully refundable before engineering process start. Full pricing for your configuration is confirmed at quote.
