All engineering and design work is done in-house by Forgelite Wheels team in our Delta, BC office to ensure there is no design and mechanical performance difference between manufacturing locations. We specify the materials, engineering requirements, machining processes, finishes, and QC standards for every wheel. We only use first-grade (not recycled) aerospace 6061-T6 closed-die forged aluminum forgings or AZ80 Magnesium forgings for our wheels. We import powder coat powder from Prismatic Powder in USA to deliver vibrant and durable wheel finishes. The wheels only leave our quality check facility when they pass our strict inspections.
We work with our overseas manufacturing partner to produce our Performance Build Program and forged Magnesium wheels. They are not drop-shipped or selected from a factory catalog. After many trips visiting our manufacturing partner and set up our own quality check facility warehouse in China, we can confidently say that we deliver the highest-qaulity oversea-made wheels that you can buy on the market.
